Support through a Kundalini awakening and spiritual emergency:

Having navigated the depths of my own Kundalini awakening and spiritual emergency, I offer one-on-one guidance for those moving through profound inner transformation.

My approach is rooted in the understanding that healing cannot be forced through techniques alone. Rather than focusing solely on managing symptoms, I help people develop a deeper relationship with themselves and with the intelligence of the process unfolding within them.

Drawing from trauma-informed inner-child work, somatic awareness, psychological inquiry, attachment healing, and energetic attunement, I support clients in exploring the emotional, spiritual, and relational dimensions of awakening with curiosity, compassion, and discernment.

Together, we learn how to meet what is arising rather than fight it, uncover the wisdom hidden within difficult experiences, and cultivate the inner capacity needed for lasting integration. My role is not to rescue or fix, but to walk alongside you as you discover your own resilience, insight, and relationship to this transformative journey.

Single Sessions

60-minute phone session - $130*
For focused one-on-one support, processing, guidance, and integration.

90-minute phone session - $175*
For deeper sessions when more space is needed.

Ongoing Support Package

Bi-weekly support package - $250/month*
Two 60-minute phone sessions per month for ongoing support and continuity.

Weekly support package - $520/month*
Four 60-minute phone sessions per month with a reserved recurring slot.

Weekly support package + chat support - $595/month*
Four 60-minute phone sessions per month, plus light between-session WhatsApp support for questions, integration, and guidance as things arise.

Text / Chat Support

WhatsApp support add-on – $65/month
Light between-session support for clients who would like occasional guidance by text or voice note as questions, symptoms, or insights arise. This is especially supportive for those who process better in writing, prefer a gentler pace, or want a bit of contact between sessions without needing a full call.

WhatsApp-only support – $85/month
For those who prefer to communicate in writing rather than through live sessions, whether because of overwhelm, language barriers, or simply needing more time and space to process. Support is offered through WhatsApp text and voice note in a gentle, flexible rhythm, and is best suited for brief guidance, reflection, and integration rather than urgent or crisis support.

Responses are offered during business hours as I am able. Support is offered in a spacious, flexible way as a form of guidance, reflection, and inquiry.

Billed chat support option
For clients who prefer occasional text support rather than a monthly add-on, WhatsApp support can also be tracked and billed separately at my regular hourly rate, in accumulated increments.

If you find that you need support beyond light check-ins, billed chat support is available as an additional option.

  • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel a scheduled appointment up to 24 hours in advance; same-day cancellations require a late cancellation fee.

  • * Sliding scale options are for people unable to afford a full-price session; Sliding scale ranges are for an hour session - $85* - $130. 90-minute session $130*-$175

  • I usually reply to a consultation request within 48 hours with scheduling options (except on holidays or weekends), if you feel that you need more immediate support let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
